1. Eligibility:
1.1 The Refer a Friend Program is open to all current patients of Cronulla Dental Centre (“CDC”).
1.2 To be eligible, participants must refer a friend who is a new to CDC and ensure that the referred friend attends their appointment at CDC.
2. Referral Process: To refer a friend, the existing patient must fill out our Refer a Friend form on our website and provide the friend’s name and contact information. Our friendly reception staff will then follow up the referral.
3. Reward:
3.1 Upon successful referral, the existing patient (referrer) will receive a $100 discount on a dental treatment of their choice.
3.2 The referral reward is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
4. Appointment Attendance:
4.1 For the referring patient to qualify for the referral reward, the referred friend of the existing patient must attend their scheduled appointment at CDC.
4.2 In the event of a no-show or cancellation by the referred friend, the referral reward will be void.
5. Multiple Referrals:
5.1 Existing patients may refer multiple friends, and each successful referral will result in a separate $100 discount for the referrer.
5.2 Referred friends must be new patients to CDC to qualify.
6. Expiry:
6.1 The referral reward must be redeemed within six months of the referred friend’s appointment at CDC.
6.2 Expired referral rewards will not be reinstated or extended.
7. Modification or Termination:
7.1 CDC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program at any time without prior notice.
7.2 In the event of program termination, any outstanding referral rewards will be honored within the specified expiry period.
8. General:
8.1 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
8.2 CDC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
8.3 These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and the most recent version will be available on the CDC website.
